Occupancy
Prices listed are per person double occupancy and include port charges and taxes. Vacation protection fees and gratuities are not included. Those amounts are listed below.
Single Occupancy: These rates are double the published price plus taxes, fees and gratuities per person. Deposits and additional payments are also double the per person amount.
3rd/ 4th person: Adults sharing with two full paying adults are at a reduced rate. The rates include taxes and gratuities.

3rd/4th children (6 mo.-17) in a cabin with two full paying adults are $935.00 /435.00 per person plus gratuities and registration fees.
Hotels: We are working on securing a hotel for those arriving a day or two prior sailing. Information regarding the special hotel rate will be coming shortly once we are able to secure a group block.
Registration Fees:
The Family Reunion committee is is charging $75 per person to register for the 2025 Reunion. This fee covers T-shirts , 2025 swag bag with items, and the pre -cruise reception the night before in Miami. This amount will be added to your cabin rates when selecting your cabins and included in the payment plan. There is a discounted rate for kids.
The MKR Registration Fees are as follows 0 - 3 yrs Free
4yrs -14 yrs $50
15 yrs and up $75.
Payment Plans:
We have coordinated with the travel agents to ensure this trip is affordable. Per Carnival all payments must be completed by April 4, 2025.
Deposits:
In order to hold your spot, your first deposit is due by June 4, 2024.
Your second deposit to hold your room is due by July 5, 2024.
Your 3rd deposit will be your registration fees due by August 5, 2024
Everyones first 3 payment will be the same (Unless you choose a larger deposit amount or you get a Suite or Havanna Room or have 3rd or 4th child in your room). These payments will be $150, $150 and $75, the rest of the payments will be based upon your cabin rates and your add ons and paid off monthly until April 4, 2025.
**** This ship is @85 % full and this is a very popular time to cruise. It is the only time this ship is sailing these ports. We will not be able to guarantee any rooms that have not had their first deposit paid by June 4, 2024.
